Returns Policy

Goods delivered may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days provided they are returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Goods that are damaged on delivery must be reported within 24 hours.

Any defect in the Goods caused by the fault, negligence or failure of the Customer to adhere to the manufacturer instructions will negate our returns policy.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain large or bulky items may be subject to a restocking fee.

If the item is not a stock item and has been especially ordered in for you and you have changed your mind, we are not required to offer you a credit or refund under NSW Law.

When goods are shipped, they will be sent within 2 business days, please allow between 2 to 14 days delivery (depending on location). If goods are out of stock you will be contacted within 2 business days.

We will always do our best to provide a solution with any problem regarding returns, warranties, exchanges, replacements and repairs.
