Rotational speeds of the cutter is optimized for cutting fine and even slices, as efficiently as possible. Whilst the half-moon shaped feed accepts larger ingredients such as fennel, onions, carrots and mushrooms.

Blades are purposely sharpened to avoid inertia or the edge breaking off. Operation is simple and safe, with clear signage, it makes it easy for staff to use even during busy periods. Cleaning is easy too, as all loose parts can be washed in a dishwasher after use.
