The Turbofan is stylish, compact and powerful, meaning it's equally suited for placing in open kitchens, as well as more traditional commercial kitchen setups. Despite its compact size, the E28M4 can easily accommodate up to four full size sheet pans, allowing a generous cooking capacity for busy establishments.

Add the Turbofan St/St Stand with tray racks - GE765 (sold separately) for extra space.
