A constant pilot flame with flame failure, maximises operating and energy efficiency, whilst protecting from flames.

The 70Mj/hr output helps to provide a fast and even cook. 900mm griddle plates is large enough to grill multiple ingredients simultaneously. A large, heat-resistant reinforced control knob has easy to view settings and a high to low flame control.
