Friulinox RBS-122-SA Ready Blast Chiller

Reduce food temperatures quickly and easily with the Friulinox RBS-122-SA ready blast chiller. A patented chamber humidity-injecting system keeps a consistent temperature and humidity within the chamber. The magnetic seal on 4 sides of the door ensure that the fridge door stays closed with an airtight seal.

The automatic defrost and self-evaporating defrost water keeps the internal chamber clean without using too much energy. And a die-moulded internal base creates a leakproof blast chiller. This RBS-122-SA chiller has double-pitch (GN-EN) stainless steel slides that are removable and equipped with anti-tip system - making them easy to clean.

A quick-release heated core probe with 4 measuring points creates a uniform temperature distribution - cooling the entire chiller simultaneously. A 5" touch screen colour display with control interface provides you with the ability to change functions when needed.

This Friulinox blast chiller comes with a USB connection allows you to upload and download data/recipes, photo-identifiable processes and IoT connectivity as standard. This blast chiller can fit 24x 1/1 gastronorm trays.
