With a depth of 100mm and a storage capacity of 13 litres, it is made from a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate plastic that will stand up to heavy duty use in any busy commercial kitchen.

Even when heated up to 99°C, the plastic remains cool to touch and reduces the risk of burns, so this gastronorm pan is perfect for storing, transporting and serving food safely and efficiently. Use it with a compatible lid (sold separately) to create a tight seal and protect contents from cross-contamination.
