Strong and durable, the green Hygiplas cutting board is constructed from a low density polyethylene with antibacterial properties. This helps to reduce bacteria growth in comparison to traditional boards, whilst still offering commercial grade chopping board performance. This Hygiplas chopping board is colour-coded green indicating that it is typically used for prepping fruit and veg.
Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
