The 6 colour codes are there for every main food groups reducing cross contamination in the kitchen. Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, and dairy.
This chopping board has an antibacterial surface which is designed to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, making it easy to clean, also the 12mm thickness means no oils or juices will run through the board, preventing foods from soaking into the work surface.
These chopping boards are non-toxic and non-absorbent creating a hygienic meal prep so it can be cleaned easily afterwards without excess contaminants remaining on the boards.
Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution.
