With an extra-large hopper, this powerful veg prep machine can handle multiple ingredients at once as well as bulky vegetables, such as lettuces and cabbages. Its cylindrical hopper slices long vegetables like courgettes, carrots and cucumbers with ease, while its exactitube pusher is great for slicing small-size ingredients including chillis, spring onions, bananas, strawberries and grapes.

Driven by a high-performance 550W induction motor, the Robot Coupe CL50 vegetable preparation machine is able to process up to 250kg of produce per hour. This makes it ideal for completing food prep, ready for busy services. Plus, its single-speed functionality makes the machine easy to operate, without having to change any settings. And once you're done, the CL50 is simple to clean with easily removable parts - helping you to clean and sanitise attachments with ease.

This prep machine comes with 4x Mineral+ discs (2mm and 4mm slicers, 2mm grater and 4x4mm julienne), 1x disc holder & 1x D-clean kit.
