Save valuable prep time with the Swedish-built Hallde RG-250 veg prep machine. Able to prep up to 12kg of ingredients every minute with the manual feeder (up to 1200 portions/day), the RG-250 is great for large-scale production where more than 50 different cuts are required.

Rotational speeds of the cutter is optimized for cutting fine and even slices, as efficiently as possible. Whilst the large half-moon shaped feed accepts larger ingredients such as fennel, onions, carrots and mushrooms. The RG-250 has the HALLDE Ergoloop which enables the user to work with both hands, quickening preparation time.

Blades are purposely sharpened to avoid inertia or the edge breaking off. Operation is simple and safe, with clear signage, it makes it easy for staff to use even during busy periods. Cleaning is easy too, as all loose parts can be washed in a dishwasher after use.

RG-350 is a machine table model with container trolley accessory to easily manage large volumes of vegetables. The manual feeder ergo loop attachment provides fast and convenient feeding of cabbage, cheese, lettuce, carrots and other foods that require feed pressure.
