A 3 phase machine with two speeds, one of 1,500 rpm provides gentle preparation and better control when chopping. While one of 3,000 rpm provides rapid mixing or blending of sauces or minced meats and pulse function.

Includes stainless steel 4Ltr bowl and tightly sealed lid which helps to keep the ingredients in the bowl without overspilling. With a net volume of 1.4Ltrs for liquid ingredients, you'll have plenty of space for blending larger quantities of ingredients.
