This Roband Frypod FR111 pan tank is able to have the flexibility of a double basket despite only being a single pan fryer - allowing you to fry up to 12.5g of chips per hour. A stainless-steel construction makes this tank easy to clean, incredibly durable and water resistant, making it perfect for use in commercial kitchens. The precise thermostat control with splash guard and bash plate keeps the surrounding area as clean as possible without risking possible splashes form hot oil during use.

A safety lock mechanism prevents element removal when the machine is on, and a swing back element locks in place with 2 position options. There are minimum & maximum oil level markers, so you know the perfect amount of oil to use. And a bevelled fryer body for easy tank removal when you're read to clean. An isolating switch, insulated basket handle, element guard & safety over-temp cut-out all help to create a pan fryer that is safe to use for your members of staff.
