Fitted with a handy temperature probe, the cooker automatically regulates power channelled to the pan to keep your dish cooking at the exact temperature required. The strong glass top plate is exceptionally tough and is designed to withstand constant commercial use.

  • Automatic pan sensing technology
  • Large cleanable intake air filter below
  • Temperature probe mode where user sets the desired temperature and the probe inserted into the pan regulates power to the machine to keep contents at specified temperature.
  • The temperature range is between 50-200°C
  • Automatic over-temperature shut-off
