This heavy-duty Blue Seal Evolution 1200mm electric griddle, mounted on a refrigerated base, is engineered for performance in demanding environments. It boasts 16.2kW heating elements and a refrigeration system, maintaining temperatures between -2° and +8°C. Storage is provided by two GN 1/1 drawers, each accommodating 100mm deep pans.

The griddle features a substantial 20mm thick plate with separate left, centre and right heat zones and top weld sealed edges for hygiene. A stainless steel grease drawer, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, adjustable feet plus two rollers ensure ease of use and mobility. This Blue Seal Evolution EP518-RB RF electric griddle has been designed for straightforward cleaning, installation, and servicing.
