Designed for constant commercial use, the Washtech features numerous innovations to improve washing results and efficiency, including double filtration to keep water cleaner for longer and a useful hanging rail for whisks, ladles, scoops and other similar utensils. The PW1 allows you to choose from 3 cycle selections, from a quick 2 minute wash, all the way up to a full 6 minute wash for the dirtiest of utensils. Perfect for the busy professional kitchen.
