Using intelligent heated to apply warmth to critical parts of the tray area there is no risk of overcooking items in the centre of the pan and undercooking the perimeter. Overhead incandescent lights illuminate the tray for further merchandising potential, whilst the light weight and compact design of the machine makes it portable and well suited for mobile catering.
