A reliable addition to the commercial kitchen, this Birko Hot Water Urn has a clear and flexible thermostat for greater control over water temperature. Built with a safety cut out for if the water boils dry alongside a non-drip tap, the machine is as secure as it is proficient. Made from polished steel with a brass finish, the joints are welded for superior corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

No technician is required to set up this machine, allowing you to use it almost instantly from delivery.

  • Concealed element quick recovery, superior corrosion resistance and effortless cleaning, the element is replaceable on the 10, 20 and 30L models.
