Inside, your pizzas can be placed directly on the 19mm thick refractory stone baking surface to achieve that authentic stonebaked look and taste. If you prefer a quicker removal from the oven, you can also use trays - the choice is yours. Intuitive digital controls allow you to set top and bottom temperatures independently at the touch of a button, guaranteeing perfectly cooked pizzas on both sides.
