The UC-XL-E is the largest of Winterhalter's renowned range of premium undercounter dishwashers. As such, it can fit large 500x530mm baskets, making it perfect for high demand sites, or kitchens which need to wash large platters or GN pans. The advanced washing cycles deliver truly impressive results - sparkling clean crockery and cutlery without messy residue or food debris. It's also simple to use, thanks to the user-friendly digital control panel which lets you choose a wash cycle depending on the contents of the washer. Whether it's installed in a café, restaurant, hotel or canteen, undercounter dishwashing doesn't come much bigger or better than the UC-XL.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

This model is fitted with an internal water softener, allowing use in medium to hard water areas.

No technician is required to set up this machine, allowing you to use it almost instantly from delivery.
