Versigen Versitop ceramic glass food warmer - Fits 4x1/1GN

Keep your hot food at the optimum temperature for longer with this Versitop ceramic glass food warmer by Versigen. These food warming units have tops inset with toughened black ceramic glass heating panels, which helps to direct the heat onto the food without restricting vision. Each panel has built in heating elements which ensure evenly distributed heat over the entire surface area. This Versigen food warmer is 1405mm wide, giving it the benefit of fitting 4 1/1 gastronorm pans on the warmer at the same time.

Surface temperatures are factory set to maintain cooked food at 90°c - 100°c. Each panel is 1/1GN Gastronorm size, helping to fit large portions of different foods. The Versitop food warmer is suitable for gastronorm sized pans or any shape of heatproof dish shape (except cast iron) allowing you to use it with a multitude of different dishes.
