A simple but highly effective way of removing the risk of cross contamination, each 45 x 30cm chopping board is brightly coloured to indicate use with raw meat, raw fish, cooked meat, salad and fruit, baked goods or vegetables.

The low density polyethylene material can withstand the demands of any busy commercial kitchen. Non-toxic, non-absorbent and easy to clean, these extra thick boards will help eliminate dangerous bacteria with ease. Racks are sold separately (J027).

Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, and dairy.

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
